Join us on this unique dive trip to the East coast of South Africa. The first part of the trip brings us to the reef formation of Aliwal shoal. Diving pioneer Jacques Cousteau himself, named Aliwal shoal as one of his top ten favorite dive sites in the world. Expect to dive with several large shark species like Oceanic Blacktip, Ragged-tooth, Whitetip and Tiger shark. Aliwal shoals is also known for its fantastic macro life with countless nudibranch species, turtles, the elusive pineapple fish and two shipwrecks. After 6 days of diving we will add a 3-day Safari to the Hluhluwe Game Reserve to look for the African Big Five: lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and cape buffalo.
