This enables you to use less energy, and makes equalization easier for newer freedivers. This program gives you the skills and knowledge required to safely conduct free immersion freedives, pulling themselves along a dive line instead of using fins. This is also a great program for divers struggling with equaliziation. Equalization can be easier as we descend slowly and we even can complete the program in the head-up position, which can help with equalization.

Prerequisite is Freediving Pool certification or equivalent.

Students need to be 12 years or older, swimmers and own their personal mask, snorkel, fins and a rubber weight belt. We provide floats, ropes, and weights.
