Signing up for a Freediving Level 1 course is a great way to get the access to the oceans and lakes on one breath. Our Level 1 Freediving program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 66 ft./20 meters.

Students need to be 12 years or older, swimmers and own their personal mask, snorkel, fins and a rubber weight belt. We provide floats, ropes, and weights.
