The feeling of accomplishment is what this course is about. With the proper training and education, you'll be amazed at the amount of progress you'll make. Freedive a little deeper, hold your breath a little longer and prepare to be awed at the beauty that awaits below.

Our Advanced Freediving program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in the pool and open water environments to depths of 100ft/30m. We will have two (2) academic session with a breathing and diaphragmatic streching session and two (2) pool sessions, working on better static (2:30min minimum) and dynamic apnea (50m minimum). Also, a float rigging workshop is included. To be fully certified a trip to the open water in San Carlos, California or Lake Pleasant will be needed. Additional costs apply for this trip.

Students need to be 15 years or older, swimmers and own their personal mask, snorkel, fins and a rubber weight belt. We provide floats, ropes, and weights.
