72 Aquatics believes it should be easy and enjoyable to do business with us and because of that we stand by our generous 30 day money back guarantee. If a product you purchased from us doesn't work for you in terms of fit, color or style, then feel free to return it for a full refund.

The equipment we sell is designed to endure the conditions of the oceans. With that being said, the oceans and lakes do wear on our equipment and we ask that you try your new equipment in the swimming pool or bathtub before testing it in the ocean or lake. This allows you a chance to see how it works and discover any issues before heading off on your next adventure. We offer refresher courses and encourage taking one each time you add new equipment. We ask this of you because we do reserve the right to refuse full refunds based on the condition of your recently purchased equipment. This judgement is left to the discretion of the store team and final. Some judgements may result in no refund at all or solely store credit.

We respect that you are choosing to do business with us and appreciate your business. We hope you can also respect that we work hard to meet the needs of our clients and invest a lot of time, pride, and elbow grease into our services including fitting you for equipment, teaching classes, and leading dives. With this being said, we reserve the right to charge for our expertise and time involved in providing you great customer service. If in the end our service is not to your liking, we ask that you agree to give us the chance to make it right.
