I started diving in 2010 and became a dive professional in 2013 and have reached the level of Dive Master Instructor with over 600 dives. Teaching others to dive is very rewarding to me especially when you get back on the boat with that big smile telling me about that first Ray, Turtle or Fish you saw. Learning to dive opens up a diverse world to you that less than five percent of the population sees and experiences.
I’ve had the pleasure of diving in Hawaii and saw white tipped sharks, many colorful fish and follow the large, green sea turtles. I have been to San Diego and dove the kelp beds there. My fondest diving experience was in Bonaire, where both boat and shore diving were wonderful. Night diving in Bonaire is special… I came face-to-face with Charlie the Tarpon on my night dives. Charlie (4 feet long, silver, and very friendly) and his other tarpon buddies would swim on their sides close to your legs, looking up, using our lights to locate food, then shoot up in pursuit of their dinner. My main port of diving has been San Carlos, Mexico on the Sea of Cortez. This body of water is the third most diverse in underwater species on Earth, offering many opportunities for unique experiences. While traveling to the dive sites, we’ve seen harbor whales, orcas and many dolphins including some two super pods of over 500 dolphins!
I look forward to meeting you and helping you in your diving journey. Come dive with us for a lifetime of adventure!
